Hey,
Been a busy last few weeks. My mom died and frankly, everything else got pushed back, on hold or delayed. That’s the stuff of real life.
This writing gig is great, don’t get me wrong, but it is not the only thing going on in my world and sometimes it gets shoved back behind other priorities. As a writer, you need to accept that as a fact. It happens. Lots of things happen.
On the other hand, don’t beat yourself up about it. It’s a necessary thing and sometimes forced breaks have their silver linings too.
I’m not back on track yet and I don’t plan to be for a week or two. I’m letting the Muse and the creative side get back in sync while I digest the last few weeks worth of busyness.
Still, even despite all that, I managed to get in some time listening to horror podcasts and got a few minutes here and there for creepy stuff.
I will shout out to some of the fav stuff that keeps me sane.
Into The Fray Radio is still my fav podcast to tune into…
Also…Stygian Sagas:

His stories are so methodical and so reminiscent of HP Lovecraft it’s spooky. He’s got a great narrative voice and tells a good tale.
And then I get time listening to music and reading from my ever growing pile of books 🙂 Some nights it’s novels and some nights it’s cryptid collections.
Alright, I’m whupped from the last few weeks. GO forth and be more productive on the creative front, whatever you do!
